New Orleans looks forward to tenth annual Voodoo Music Experience in October
R.E.M., Nine Inch Nails and Stone Temple Pilots are among acts that will perform at the tenth staging of the Voodoo Music Experience in New Orleans this fall. The popular New Orleans rock festival will not release its full schedule until the Eve of St. John, June 23, but fans can expect some big names for the three day festival that runs October 24-26.
Located among the majestic live oaks of the New Orleans City Park, the festival generally features a range of national and local acts. Last year's performers included Rage Against the Machine, The Smashing Pumpkins, Dr. John, Wilco, Sinead O'Connor, Kings of Leon, Plain White T's, Mute Math, Clap Your Hands Say Yeah, Fall Out Boy, Hot 8 Brass Band, Soul Rebels, Trombone Shorty and Orleans Avenue, Ghostland Observatory, Morning 40 Federation and many, many more.
